Well hello there! I'm Kevin, and if you're keeping score, I might just be tipping the scales into the fabulous 40s. Don't worry, I still know how to turn it off and on again... and then manage the entire IT team responsible for it!

My professional home is Freenow in Hamburg, where I work as the IT Team Lead. I've been passionately involved in the technology space for 20 years, and that interest is just as strong today as it was when I started.

When I log off, I switch gears, but the enthusiastic "nerd" side stays firmly on:

I'm a proud enthusiast. You'll often find me diving deep into a new computer game, meticulously arranging my photography gear, or getting too invested in discussions about movies, music, and high-quality spirits. While I appreciate a fine mezcal or wine, whisky is definitely my undisputed champion.

I love to travel, and frankly, my trips are often planned around my stomach. Whether it's the buzz of street food or the elegance of fine dining, I'm always on the hunt for the next great bite.

My co-pilots through life are my two furry roomies: Whisky (a maine coon tomcat) and Taco (a romanian rescue dog). We live in a cozy little spot just outside Hamburg, though the city is certainly where the action is.

I'm not exactly a sports enthusiast, but I do just enough exercise to keep fit and ensure I have the energy for friends and the next big adventure.
